Sellers must own or be authorized to transfer every project and asset they list. Listings must accurately describe ownership, revenue, users, dependencies, and exclusions.

Buyers must review the declared acquisition scope before purchase. A completed transfer covers only the assets named in the listing.

Sunset may pause or remove misleading, copied, malicious, or disputed projects while ownership is reviewed. Marketplace badges are trust signals, not guarantees.
